Aria AK Valve
The Aria AK Valve features a one-way expulsion with push-button release. The aluminum housing includes an insert that can be removed for easy assessment of the limb position inside the socket. One interesting component about the Aria AK Valve is the openings that expel air are larger than many other valves on the market. To shop the Aria AK Valve, click here.
Tie in Plate, HV Plate Valve & Aria Valve Plate
The 4-Hole Tie-in Plate includes threads in the center tie-in notches. This item can be paired with a variety of inserts, such as the Aria Dummy Plug Insert to convert to an attachment plate, or the Aria Auto Expulsion Valve Insert. In addition, the 4-Hole Tie-in Plate is compatible with two different barbs, the Aria Safety Barb and the 90 Degree Stainless Barb.
The Aria Plate Valve connects directly to the 4-Hole Tie-in Plate for use in suction sockets or seal-type liner sockets. The Aria HV Plate Valve also configures directly into the 4-Hole Tie-in Plate and features a push-button release and 90 Degree Stainless Barb.
Aria & Aria Hybrid Valves
Cypress Adaptive valves are color-coded to indicate the measuring unit. Gray indicates metric threads, while black indicates imperial / U.S. threads.
The Aria Valve and Aria Valve Plus features an auto-expulsion function and are appropriate for installation into all prosthetic socket materials. Both valves come with a thermoplastic housing and have a cap that can be screwed off for easy cleaning and reassembly. Setting it apart from the Aria Valve, the Aria Valve Plus features a push-button release.
The Aria Hybrid Valve is reliable for all elevated vacuum applications and comes with a built-in barb attachment. The valve includes many of the same features as the Aria Valve Plus, including push-button release, thermoplastic housing, and screw cap.
When using an O-ring to screw-in an Aria, Hybrid, or Plus valve, it is recommended to use silicone adhesive to even-off the curve of the laminated socket curve.
